Return Policy

How do I return an item? Return Policy Danlar Lighting wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Shop with the confidence that we fully stand behind our products. In the event you’re not fully satisfied you may take advantage of our no-hassle, no-restocking fees return policy within thirty days of your orders receipt. Exceptions Custom Orders are non-returnable Clearance & Sale Items are non-returnable Installed items are non-returnable Returns after thirty (30) days of receipt are not accepted Damaged, scratched or blemished items will be replaced and are not eligible for return Item(s) must be shipped back in their unaltered, original packaging Return Process Contact us to request a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) within thirty days of receipt of your order. Write your RMA # on the shipping label and send it to the address provided with the RMA #. Upon receipt and inspection we will refund you via the original payment method.
